Who we are

True Line Picks (“True Line”, “we”, “us”) operates the True Line app and the websites truelinepicks.com and its related funnel pages. This policy explains what we collect when you use them, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact: hello@truelinepicks.com.

What we collect

Information you give us: your email address and the answers you choose in our quiz, plus your name and payment details when you buy a plan (payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers). Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, and the referring link or ad, through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels.

How we use it

To build and deliver the plan and content you asked for, to run and improve our products, to send you emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time), to measure and improve our advertising, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics and advertising platforms), with authorities when the law requires it, and in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools from providers such as analytics and advertising networks to understand traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based ads through your device or platform settings.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and object to or restrict certain uses, by emailing hello@truelinepicks.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we will honour them.

Age and eligibility

Our products are for adults aged 21 and over in places where sports betting is legal. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, though no method is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
